Looking for somewhere to stay in London? Then you can’t go wrong with La Suite West London. This hotel is well located, has all the essentials covered and is a great choice for a romantic weekend away, a shopping weekend with friends, or a place to stay on a sight seeing break.
La Suite West Hotel London
London is a great place to explore. It’s great for sightseeing with a multitude of wonderful London attractions, shopping, theatre trips, and also for foodies. I went along to spend a few days in West London with a friend. We were excited to have a break without the kids and spend time relaxing and enjoying walking around London and sampling a range of different foods. And, we did just that. We stayed at La Suite West for one night using a Buyagift voucher. We find these make great gifts amongst some of my friends as the user can pick what they’d prefer the most. In this instance, I opted for a one night stay. The voucher was easy to use, we simply checked which hotels were available from the website and then emailed the hotel to check availability providing the voucher number.
Location
This beautiful Victorian building is located in a pretty, quiet tree-lined road not far from 3 tube stations (Bayswater, Queensway, and Lancaster Gate) making it easy to get to. These can take you to Covent Garden, Oxford Street, Leicester Square, etc very quickly making it an ideal spot for a trip. You also have the beautiful Hyde Park very close by, perfect for power walks, relaxing strolls, picnics, etc.
The Staff
The staff were wonderful. They were all extremely friendly and approachable and nothing was too much for them. We made it an hour early to the hotel and were able to checked in without any problems. The plan was to sit and have a coffee somewhere whilst we waited. We were very lucky as the room was ready so we were able to go straight up. On all of our visits to reception and the visit to the breakfast room the staff were available to help quickly, and efficiently.
The Room
I’d seen images of the rooms online which was one of the things that prompted me to choose this hotel. The room was not particularly large but looked far nicer than some of the others available locally. It had minimalistic modern zen like decor. There was everything we could possibly need including a space to store away coats and bags as we entered. The tea and coffee making facilities were great with a coffee machine and pods provided. The bed was super comfy and perfect for a good night’s sleep. Everything looked clean too from the carpet to the drinking glasses. It wasn’t particularly noisy at night which was great. The En Suite Bathroom
Although not large, the bathroom was well set out. There were plenty of places to put your own toiletries and cosmetics. As expected you’ll find the essentials provided such as hand and body wash, shampoo, and hand and body lotion. They even had wooden toothbrushes, shaving kits, vanity kits, and shower caps. You’ll find a pair of slippers for each guest in the bathroom and also a giant comfy bathrobe that you can use during your stay.
Breakfast
This was included as part of the booking and included a great continental breakfast with a good variety of options. Choose from bread, pastries, cereals, yogurts, waffles, cheese, meats, yogurts, fruit etc. This is a buffet style breakfast so you can go up as many times as you wish.
What Did We Think?
La Suite west is a really lovely hotel with great service, well designed rooms, and a varied breakfast. It’s a lovely to stay in London as it is reasonably close to plenty of poplar attractions. The hotel is certainly one we would consider revisiting on another short break.

It does help to have breakfast included so you can start your day ready to sight see!
I like the modern look of the hotel and the rooms. We have stayed in some city hotels that have smaller rooms, so I am not surprised at a smaller room size. It is nice to have a breakfast available at the hotel — it makes traveling so much easier.
Having a good breakfast available helps set you up for exploring during the day.
It is a goal of mine to travel to London. This place is on my bucket list now.

OH MY GOSH, My daughter Holly and I stayed at La Suite West London in Queensway in February 18th /19th A beautiful hotel, with tasty breakfast and lovely staff, such a beautiful location so near to the tube, buses, Kensington Gardens and Palace ( Get Well Soon Kate Middleton) Ice Rink and we love the big Asian Supermarket just a five minute walk away although when we left my purse felt rather unhappy xxx
