Features of this Hoover Cordless Vacuum:
Long Runtime
Run time can be important especially if like me you want to make sure you cover everything properly. This device has a run time of 30 minutes in standard mode which is more than enough to clean your whole home. Alternatively, you’ll have a 60 whole minutes (eco runtime) in the handheld mode for those who want to do a really thorough clean. It also has a turbo runtime that lasts 15 minutes for stubborn dirty areas.
Ease of Use
This product keeps meets modern cleaning requirements as it is easily adjustable for various modes of cleaning. The device can be used as an upright stick vacuum, as a handheld device or even as a mop. It is easily adjustable to allow for each of these options. This allows the user to get a really intense clean easily. You can even use it to vacuum and mop at the same time. The device is versatile and can be used on various flooring types including hard floors, rugs and carpets.
The device is lightweight. The HF4 weighs a mere 2.6KG with the All Floor Nozzle attached.
The Hoover Cordless Vacuum Cleaner with Anti Hair Wrap, Black HF4 Hydro has a 2in1 dusting and furniture tool. This is ideal for surfaces and fabrics. There is also a crevice tool for narrow spaces and hard to reach places. They are easy to click into place and also remove.
Vacuum Nozzle
The all floors nozzle is what gives this product it’s flexibility when cleaning different indoor floor types. So, whether you have carpets, hard wood, stone, vinyl, laminate, tile flooring etc you know that this device will clean your floors well.
Anti Hair Wrap
The HF4 comes fitted with an ANTI-TWIST combination floorhead. This prevents hairs from twisting around the roller during cleaning specially thanks to the specially developed bristles and an integrated comb that untangles the hair picked up as it cleans. The brush can be given a quick clean once in a while by sliding the button, the transparent cover cover pops up for easy access.
LED Lights
This is an awesome feature for individuals such as myself. You would be amazed at how thorough a clean you can get thanks to the LED lights. It shines a light on the floor ahead so you can see everything. It also means that you can see so much more dust, dirt, hair etc on the floor no matter if you are in a bright or dimly lit room. If you haven’t yet tried vacuuming in the dark, give it a go that’s fun and you will not miss a thing!!!
Hydro Nozzle
This allows the user to power mop their kitchen, bathroom and other hard floors. It features an integrated water tank on top, and three mop pads underneath the device. The vibrating triangular pad allows you to give corners a thorough clean. The two rotating round pads ensure stuck-on dust and dirt are all removed to leave floors noticeably clean.
Easy Mopping
The mop feature is simple to use. All that the user needs to do is add water and a capful of detergent (a bottle of which is provided in the box) to the tank. They, then just press the button to start mopping. The foot pedal allows the amount of water being released to be controlled. Once finished, the mop pads can then be cleaned by hand or in your washing machine ready for the next time they are needed.
Easy Maintenance
The mop heads are machine washable at 40 degrees.
The device itself can be easily wiped down if it gets dusty, or dirty.
The bin can be easily popped off and emptied as and when required. This has a 0.7 litre capacity.
Warranty
This comes with a 3 year warranty registered automatically when you buy from Hoover Direct.

My Findings
The hoover ticks all the requirements that my family would need. Having used it, I can say that it does exactly what it claims too. The suction on this device is good even on the standard mode setting. This vacuum is light weight, easy to use, making it good for able bodied and those that cannot lift heavy items and have less mobility. Mum might be getting one of these too now!!! It also means it is easy to use to clean stairs as well as carry up them.
The device also offers 360 degree manoeuvrability for easy use. It moves from hard floor to carpet easily. I love that the thin nozzle allows me to fit it into and onto hard to reach places such as nooks in the kitchen, along the skirting board, between beds and draws, and more. This device allows me to whiz around my home cleaning. It makes cleaning easy and quick which saves you time for other things.
Summary
It can be quite therapeutic to clean especially when you find a product that works well for you. This vacuum with its various features gives the user the peace of mind that their home will be lovely and clean after each use. It is ideal for anyone looking for a product that performs well, has various features and isn’t heavy.

This would be so perfect for our basement! It’s a half basement, and lugging the vacuum all the way down there for such a small space is such a pain.
This one is super easy to carry. It sounds ideal for you.
I love this Hoover Cordless Vacuum Cleaner! We are looking for a new one. We have a fur friend with lots of hair and our vacuum is just too awkward. This Hover one will be perfect. Thank you!
It is a good one and I believe they also have a pet friendly one too!
Nice! We have a ton of stairs in the house, and this would be perfect for that. The size is perfect for getting up and down without feeling like I did an hour in the gym. LOL.

This looks like such a great Hoover! The cordless vacuums really help with getting around the house to clean more easily and quickly.
It really does. It makes cleaning super easy!
Sounds like a pretty good vacuum. I’m sure I’ll be in the need for one soon. A cordless one sounds like a nice one too.
It is a good idea as you can get around and clean quickly with cordless.
I need one of these! My current vacuum has a cord and I’ve gone over it more times than I care to admit, so it is frayed. A cordless one would come in handy.
I hate corded ones. Thsi one gives you the freedom to flit about cleaning. You get things cleaned so much faster!!
I sure need this cordless vacuum cleaner in my life. I used to have a different brand; they sure come in handy!!
They do and this one is very good.
I have this at home . Honestly, it’s a life saviour. As a disabled woman living independently, I don’t think I’d be able to live without it!
It is really good isn’t it. I’ve not been using mine long but it’s great!
Awesome way to combine dry and wet cleaning for the carpets and floors. I just invested into a new vacuum myself. And it’s really awesome when the floors get cleaned properly.

I have had a few cordless vacuums and never got on with them. I thought one more try and got a hoover (different model to this one) and it has restored my faith in them. We use it all the time and it has not let us down yet apart from when my daughter clogged it up but was an easy fix
I haven’t used Hoover until now. I wish I’d found them sooner!!! Glad you like them too x
Cleaning is therapeutic for me, too. And I’ve been wanting to have a cordless vacuum. Ours has a cord and it can be annoying sometimes. I like that that one isn’t heavy as well.
The corded ones are annoying as it holds you back!!! This one is really light so you will get cleaning done super fast.
I have this hoover vacuum cleaner and i love it, most of all I like how lightweight it is. With my back problems this vacuum allows me to clean under my kitchen cabinets with ease. It really is a great vacuum, and you composed a great informational review too, thanks!

I’m hoping this one will be with me for a long time.
that mop feature is something i can use for sure.. maybe this might also be great for my son for his college apartment..
It can be wall mounted so doesn’t take up much space. I think he will find it useful to have.
It’s funny that Hoover is such a well-known name, but I can’t recall having one. Possibly when I was younger. Early on in our marriage, we got talked into some door-to-door sales vac, and it was really good and lasted forever.
I know what you mean. This is my first one. This would be a great upgrade.
It’s great to hear how lightweight and efficient this vacuum is, especially for quick cleanups. The flexibility to switch between floor types sounds super convenient.
It is a well thought out product.
