Party favors are a great way of showing your appreciation to your guests, and if done correctly, they can be an exciting and integral part of
the party experience. This year give your festivities that bit extra by giving out some unique party favors that your guests will be sure to remember. Here we’ll look at some fun party favour ideas.
Mini Cocktail Kits
Mini cocktail kits are an excellent gift for guests that they are sure to enjoy (assuming they’re of age). Too often, party favors are given out as knick-knacks that guests never use; you can be
sure that a mini cocktail kit will be appreciated. Take a coke bottle and attach a miniature bottle of rum or Jack Daniels, place in clear plastic wrap, tie a ribbon to decorate, and there you have a simple party favour. You can go one step further and personalise them, combining the drinks that would be combined to make each recipient’s favourite cocktail.
Freeze Dried Candy
Freeze-dried candy is a great, memorable, and inexpensive gift for your guests. It’s possible that many of your guests have never had freeze dried candy before too making it that bit more exciting! S’mores are enjoyable for everyone young and young at heart. The combination of chocolate and marshmallows is delicious. Adults love them just as much as kids do and they’re something you can’t grow out of. All you need is a party favour box or small clear bag, some chocolate coated biscuits, marshmallows and a ribbon to tie it with.
Mini Succulents
Miniature succulents are a great opportunity to give somehow something that they will be able to keep as a memento of the occasion. Succulents are a perfect gift because they are extremely low maintenance, unlike a lot of other plants. Just pop them on the windowsill, water them once in a while and they’ll thrive. They’re not too big so they make a great party favour plant.
Small Perfume / Cologne Bottles
We’re starting to see a common theme here with things being miniature. However, small perfume or cologne bottles are a great party favor. One option is to buy a selection to suit different guest. If these are close friends you’ll have an idea of personal preference. Alternatively, make life a little easier and buy the same feminine and masculine options to give to guests.
Wine / Champagne Mini Bottles
Another great gift idea for adults is mini wine or champagne bottles. These might be a little costlier depending on which option you choose but can make a lovely small gift for party attendees. You could even consider having the mini bottles of wine personalised with a short message.

These are some great ideas! I like that they aren’t all just candy or junk that we usually get (at kids’ parties). My friend brought a succulent as a thank you when she had a medical emergency and I helped her family with dinner and it was such a cute idea! I like the s’mores kits, too.
