Main Features
This lightweight moisturiser is great for daily use and has SPF 30 for offering essential everyday sun protection throughout the year.
The facial moisturising lotion is enriched with 3 essential ceramides that form a protective barrier that locks in moisture. This barrier prevents water loss preventing skin dryness and also acts as a shield that protects against environmental damage.
The product also contains hyaluronic acid a well known skin hydrator which retains water in the skin plumping it up and as a result reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
The Manuka honey in the lotion helps the skin to draw in an retain moisture which in turn plumps up the skin cells. It also acts as emollient action, soothing and smoothing dry, irritated skin.
The coconut oil within the product has highly effective moisturising properties and fabulously light texture. This makes the oil and the product as a whole ideal for anyone with dry, itchy and sensitive skin.
Shea Butter within the lotion has been added for its moisturising properties, making it another ideal ingredient for dry, irritated and sensitized skin.
It also contains glycerin which is a powerful humectant that helps draw moisture into the skin keeping it hydrated and soothed, especially in dry conditions.
The Betaine within the lotion is a naturally derived amino acid that is obtained from sugar beet molasses. This acts as an active moisturizing and skin-conditioning agent, helping to maintain skin hydration and smoothness.
The product is fragrance-free and dermatologically tested.
Pros
The light weight formula absorbs well into the skin leaving it feeling soft and hydrated without a greasy feel.
The natural ingredients of this lotion allow for a high level of moisturisation alongside skin barrier support.
It has SPF30 to give that added protection that we still need over the Spring, Autumn and Winter.
This is fragrance-free and and combined with the number of natural ingredients in the formulation which makes it a perfect option for anyone with sensitive skin.
Cons
The SPF isn’t high enough to project the skin during peak sun hours over the summer. Therefore regular reapplication is required, or an additional layer of a stronger SPF would be advised.
The sunscreen ingredients include Zinc Oxide nano & chemical filters. These may have an influence on the texture, feel, or potentially result in pilling (leave a residue / white cast on the skin) depending on what else you layer.
Product Application
Use the lotion as part of your daily skincare routine.
This should be applied each morning to clean skin.
Allow the moisturiser for approximately 5 minutes to absorb fully before applying make up to ensure that you have a smooth, hydrated base and in order to prevent clumping of makeup products ( pilling ).

I use manuka honey in my tea but never in a lotion. I dont use sunscreen with SPF but will use a mineral-based sun block when swiming
This is a great all in one product that protects the skin barrier and helps soothe and more.
I have never heard of these products before, but I’d try them for sure. I always am curious about lotion. My skin can get dry, so I love a fantastic hydrating lotion like this one.

I have not heard of this brand, so I truly appreciate your honest review. It sounds like an amazing product. I love that it has SPF but as you mentioned, it is not enough to protect the skin during peak sun exposure.

I really should wear spf all year round. And say I and going to but then when the sun goes In , I forget! So bad I know !
That’s why buying products that contain it can work well.
I have used manuka honey before in my food and it is amazing! I am excited that it is now part of a lotion that sounds very good and nourishing to the body. I have dry skin and need all the help I can get to keep it hydrated. This fits the bill and while I agree that the SPF seem low, I am glad that it actually has it.
It does make for a great all in one. Additional SPF can be added when required making it a great all year rounder.
I love that it has manuka honey in it! I use that in my tea all the time. I agree, it does need a higher spf but that mine be fine for working at the office.
Ha, yes. If you are indoors without a window next to you you will probably be fine over Autumn and winter.

Sounds like a really lovely product with plenty of pros. In summer I feel a stronger SP is needed as you mentioned. My skin needs lots of hydrating so it sounds ideal.

Sounds like the pros outweigh the cons for me on this product, I usually use separate SPF anyway (especially in the summer). It sounds really hydrating which is always what my skin needs x
