We are super into team building at my job. We did a Miami trip and shot content for our social and in a couple of weeks we are doing a horse retreat. So fun!
Oh wow, that sounds like really good fun Natalie.
Activities that as well as being pleasant and important to strengthen the will and thought create great union and a sense of trust. Great advice!
Thanks so much Cristina. It is important that it is something all will enjoy doing.
These are all great ideas. Our work colleagues went for an afternoon doing paint ball which was really great fun, I like the gin tasting idea!
Paintballing can be a great option. I think most would enjoy gin tasting!!!

These can be easily tailored around the group which is great.
I love the idea of the gin experiences or the cookery class. I’m ways wary of team building exercises that require a degree of fitness as I think they cause a bit of fear in those who doubt their fitness levels. At least with something like cooking, everyone is on the same aging field.
I agree about the exercise activities, although it depends on the group of people being included.
Ah yes….a cooking class or a series of them would definitely do us good. None of us here can cook an egg properly without messing it up.
Ha, that could be an option! Then you could learn to do a variety of things.
Such good team building activities! Thank you for compiling this guide!
There are so many great options to choose from.
Great suggestions, love the idea of climbing. It’s a good experience and fun adventure.
It really can be. There are some great options to choose from.
I think the cooking class would be a lot of fun and would have great interactions that would bond a team. I also think that participating in any kind of charity or volunteer work brings people together and teaches them to work together.
That is very true. Charity work could also work well when looking to team build.
I love the hiking idea or the rock climbing. I have fear of height and I guess this is a great way to overcome it, with my teammates at work.
Hiking might be a better option to ease you into it. It can be fun to do these types of things.

That one is a little bit more difficult as not everyone is okay with heights.
Excellent ideas. My top 3 would be hike, cooking class, gin experience. I wonder if a fun car rally would work well for big teams that could split up into smaller groups of 4?

A cooking class is such a great idea. As an office manager, I’m always trying to come up with office events. Will definitely take that up to the directors.
