(Affiliate link, pr sample.) I virtually live in my sneakers. They are super comfy and ideal to slip on when I walk the kids to and from school. The only problem I have found is that the sneakers I have been buying haven’t been waterproof. Honestly, I never thought about that as a priority before when I stopped buying leather trainers but now it’s made its way to the top of my list. I don’t always realise it’s raining until we’ve made it outside and trainers are a comfier more supportive option than boots. The problem is I end up with wet trainers, socks, and feet. Sneakers are by far the most comfortable option for the school run and easier to power walk in from one school to the other, so when I was introduced to Loom Footwear I was over the moon. A fairly new company having been launched partway through 2020 Loom Footwear are quickly growing in popularity. They have a limited style range at the moment but I am sure this will grow as they do. The sneakers they create have various features that you will love including:

Just what I was looking for, waterproof sneakers. These have waterproof and moisture-wicking technology to help keep your feet dry no matter the weather. They also have antimicrobial properties. This destroys the bacteria in sweat that would otherwise produce odour. I need some for the kids too!!!
These are ideal for school runs or getting into work and all sorts of sports. The 100% waterproof and breathable knit layer allows you to tackle rain, mud, snow and slush making them perfect for all manner of outdoor activities. The sneakers were exactly as described, comfy to wear, waterproof and so far so good on the anti-odour front I can safely report. We went out and got a bit muddy wearing these but they were easy to clean after which was great. They seem like they are very durable and will last for a good amount of time helping us reduce our environmental waste which is amazing!!!

These sound like a great idea. I like wearing trainers to walk everywhere (they are light and comfortable) but in bad weather switch to heavy boots. I wouldn’t have to if they were waterproof!
