Mr Squishy has just been introduced to the Teletubbies.  We all know they have been around for a while but he hasn’t come across them on the tv channels we watch at home.  These friendly and very lively characters have been around since my girls were little and as far as I have seen have always been hugely popular.  We were asked to review their latest DVD which was great as it finally allowed me to introduce Mr Squishy to this fun, child friendly children’s programme.  Mr Squishy was very excited about his brand new DVD and couldn’t wait to get it on!

Once it was playing he was fixated.  His gaze did not move from the tv even once.  This of course was great for me as I got to enjoy a hot cup of tea, thanks Teletubbies!!!!

The DVD The Teletubbies: Tubby Snowball debuts on the 31st of October, that’s today!!!!  The six new episodes follows the Teletubbies whom we all know and love Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Po as they play, learn, dance and explore the magical world of Teletubbyland.  Teletubbies has been updated and reimagined in a brand-new series produced by DHX Media with fun, new elements including the Tubby Phone and new Touch-Screen Tummies.  Just in time for the holidays, TELETUBBIES: TUBBY SNOWBALL features the Teletubbies singing “We Wish You a Merry Christmas”, as well as a behind-the-scenes featurette for grown-ups to enjoy along with their little ones.

The DVD follows the Teletubbies as they find big snowballs, dance with a snowman and watch children make a caterpillar out of snow. Contains six brand-new episodes including ‘Snowball’.

Mr Squishy enjoyed watching this DVD so much and has watched it over and over already (it only arrived on Saturday!).  He thought one of you guys should get to enjoy it too.
