It’s so hard when you shop for children’s products to know what kids will enjoy.  There are so many different options all sounding just as fun as the next.  I love that with my work we get to review a great range of toys to see how much fun they really are.  When offered the Pull My Finger Game I wasn’t sure what to expect.  It looked interesting and the fact that the toy does something that all kids find hilarious – fart, swayed my opinion and made me offer my services immediately.
Whether it’s farty putty, whoopee cushions, slime that makes fart noises we have it all so simply had to add this to our collection.

About Pull My Finger

This is a fun game targeted at ages 4+.

You can play with a minimum of 2 players.

It’s guaranteed family fun – ideal for games night and when the weather outside is frightful.

Take turns to spin the banana and see how many pulls of the finger you have to do without making Mr Buster the monkey fart!  The spinner has other options two, pick another player to have a go, skip your turn, or reverse the order that the players take their turns just to spice it up a bit.

Each pull of his finger inflates his bottom a little more.  Watch it balloon larger and larger each time, whose turn will it be when he farts?  The game continues until there is just one player left.

What’s in the Box?

2 bottoms – yes I giggled as I typed that!!!

What Did We Think?

It’s really good fun.  The kids loved that Mr Buster the Monkey farted.  They thought it great that the bottom increased in size and loved pulling the finger in the hope he wouldn’t fart during their turn.  Then when he farted they would roll about the floor laughing.

The bottom increases to quite a large size before farting keeping players guessing as to who will lose.

This is a great game for siblings to play, for playdates and even as a game for the whole family.  Even the grumpiest of grandparents will find this amusing, especially with the children’s reactions.  Let’s face it we all find farts funny!

We loved that this toy doesn’t need batteries.  It’s also very easy to play and no degrees are needed to work out how to set this up.  Just be aware you’ll need to be pretty firm with Mr Buster to slot his feet onto the stand.  Once on, I don’t think he’ll ever come off again.  The farting noise is pretty loud too, of course, this went down well with the kids.  I was pleased to have a back up bottom just in case – I’m so sorry I know how weird that sounds.  The one we’ve been using has been fine so far even with all the use, as well as squeezing and prodding by little man but I’m sure eventually with time we may need the back up one.

Overall: We loved it.  I’m so pleased I offered to review it as it was well worth the time spent playing, photographing and writing. With that in mind, I’m off to play with the kids. No prizes for guessing what it’ll be.

It works well for children and as a family game. I’m sure adults could use it in a drinking game too!
