There are some super cute childrens clothes available but tracking down where to get them can be a chore especially for boys from what I have been told. This adorable body suit was part of a set of 3 from next (all different designs) and he looks adorable in each.
Mr Squishy loved it so much he had given it a thumbs up!

I bought the very same ones for my sisters and their new babies only to have to return them when they both had girls lol. Your little man looks absolutely gorgeous in it.

I find Next clothing to be good quailty and they have some fab designs for children (like your sleepsuits).
