My first house was a (lot of a) fixxer upper and oh my gosh, it was not easy! It’s so rewarding when you finish the work, but it sure is a learning curve!

We’ve not done any renovations, but my husband and I have considered starting to flip houses, so some of them would be older homes. Even in our home that we had built (so brand new) we made sure to use quality cleaning supplies and it makes such a difference!

It is important to keep on top of things but when you first get a place you might need to do a considerable amount of work so it’s livable etc.
Yyyeeeaaahhhh…cleaning up the drains regularly keeps away the cockroaches and the bad odour, too.
