My latest review features the Eufy RoboVac G30 Edge * by Anker. It’s the helping hand you need to help get those floors looking clean when you’ve got a million other things you need to do in the home.

Eufy RoboVac G30 Edge
So let’s look closer at this ingenious timesaving piece of electronic cleaning mastery. Why am I so enthused by a robot? Let’s take a look at the features and see.
Features:
This robot vacuum is suitable for both hardwood floors, laminate, tiles and medium pile carpets.
It has smart Dynamic Navigation 2.0. The path tracking sensor allowing for smart navigation allowing for a far better clean when compared to random path robotic vacuums.
The Eufy RoboVac G30 Edge sucks, but not in a bad way. The ultra-strong 2000Pa of suction power ensures more debris is picked up across all surfaces giving you floors that look noticeably cleaner. You can easily set the robot to clean the entire floor rather than just the random areas it rolls over ensuring you don’t miss any sections of the floor.
The vacuum has BoostIQ Technology. This allows it to automatically increase suction power within 1.5 seconds when extra vacuuming strength is needed. It senses the type of surface it is on and changes the level of suction automatically.

You can control this smart device easily using an app on your phone. Seriously, they’ve made it foolproof. I hate learning to use new technology but this was a breeze. This app will retain previous cleaning information. The cleaning history is easily accessible so you can check it and set the Eufy RoboVac G30 Edge to clean the same as before or take a completely different path. The app allows you to schedule cleaning, clean a particular area and even control the robot vacuum manually. Once the robot has finished you can check where and when your RoboVac has cleaned. This app can also control other Eufy products you may also have in your home.
There are boundary strips that allow you to exclude areas from the cleaning path. This way you can avoid the kid’s play area that may be covered in toys, a pets bed, etc. The RoboVac uses specialized dual-hall sensors to detect these boundary strips you set so it only cleans the areas you want it to.
Anti-drop sensors built into this device stop the Robovac from falling down stairs or steep drops. There are boundary strips that you can put down if there are areas you don’t want the Eufy RoboVac G30 Edge to clean.

What Did We Think?
Obviously, we were all excited about this coming. Who wouldn’t want a new gadget to have fun with! This was easy to set up, which was a great relief. It didn’t take long to get the vacuum venturing across the floors, cleaning as it went. The kids thought it was great watching the RoboVac moving about almost as if it was a new pet. It’s a boy apparently, we’ve named him Duster!!!
The Eufy RoboVac G30 Edge doesn’t make much noise when cleaning which means I can get on with my work without any disruption. It picks up so much more than you’d expect for a vacuum that size. Sometimes dust and other things blend in with the flooring, the great thing is this covers every inch of the floor and picks up most things. Depending on the height of your bed or sofas, etc this can squeeze under and get dust from those hard-to-reach places. It really does seem to make cleaning far easier and saves me time having to vacuum as often. You’ll be surprised how quickly this fills up!
The RoboVac has a sleek modern design and is easy to wipe down if it gets dusty whilst cleaning. If you live in a two floor building it makes sense to have two and keep one on each floor. This works well on a mix of flooring types which makes it super handy. This is also ideal for anyone with animals and children to clean up after.
I also liked that if you keep the base on the Robovac will return to it once it has cleaned. It even puts itself away, how good is that!!! I wonder if it could train the kids to tidy up after themselves, lol. If the battery is running low whilst it is cleaning it will go back to the base to recharge. Once charged it will then go and finish the previous clean.

We got a robot vacuum when they first came out years ago and I wasn’t impressed but they sound like they have developed a lot since then so I’m starting to feel tempted to try again with one.
Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect. This one has lots of positive feedback already online and I have to agree it really does do a good job.

This sounds like an interesting robot vac – we had one in the past but it would often miss big areas of the room which was a shame as it would just keep going and then bounce of wall and randomly go another way – I might have to look into newer ones.

It’s amazing how the world has developed, it seem like we now have machines to help us with almost anything. I would love to learn more about the robovac,. do you have to operate it with a remote and how much does it cost? I hope it will be available in many countries in a few years to come.

It can be great for a regular clean. The good thing is it gets on with the work and you can set it to do where you want.
Eufy RoboVac appears to be a fantastic cleaning product. I wish to buy one for my parents, whose home has a mix of floor types. Anything that make things easier, especially while cleaning.
It would work well as it just adjusts suction depending on the flooring type.

These are really good for quick clean ups . I had one unfortunately it no longer works but it was very convenient with 2 children and lots of little messes . The spot clean was perfect for such accidents
