Jacava Nail Varnish

An impending fashion event in London’s Mayfair prompted me to take a try a recently acquired nail varnish from a competition win to begin beauty preparations so as to blend in with the fashionistas that would be attending.  One must of course endeavour to look their best at these events, you never know who you might meet!  I had been quite excited about trying my new bottle of Jacava nail varnish as the colour (Damson Delight) looked amazing and would look great with my skin colour.  Application of one coat gave me a nice rich colour and good nail coverage although a second coat was needed just to intensify the colour.

I had limited time so I decided to apply the second coat later.  By accident I managed to catch a nail, I suppose they are quite long so it can’t be helped, unfortunately it bent all the way back and OMG it hurt!

I was impressed to find that the nail varnish did not crack or chip, it was totally, unaffected brilliant and also a relief.  I also noted that the nail varnish dried quite fast which was very convenient as I lack the time or patience to sit for ages literally waiting for the paint to dry.  On application of the second coat I was very happy with the result, what do you think guys?

The nail varnish is non-toxic, not tested on animal and vegan friendly.  As you can see from the picture there is a very glossy finish and I was pleased that even after a few days after application there were no chips.

This is not a sponsored post and I was under no obligation to write about this product but I felt that it was just the sort of product that should make the fab find blog as I really did love this nail varnish and hope to have a selection of their lovely colours soon.

Have you ever tried Jacava Nail Varnish before?
