il Gusto
il Gusto is a lovely company that many of you may have heard of. They are a firm favourite of mine with some fabulous items on their site including a wonderful range of delicious infused oils and vinegars which really shouldn’t be overlooked. Use them to dip your favourite artisan bread or in various dishes. They make fabulous gifts with prices starting from £4 and can easily be popped into a Christmas stocking or a foodies hamper if you’re preparing one this Christmas. They also have some stunning glassware, cocktail mixers, premixed cocktails, gin, fruit liqueurs, creamy liqueurs, vodka cocktails, rum, and even alcohol-free drinks of various types. And, the list goes on. Basically, they have virtually everything you could possibly need, they’re pretty fab!!!
But, it doesn’t just stop there. You can choose an alcoholic drink that is ready to be sent out or, wait for it…. choose your own bottle. And, OMG, they do have the most wonderful selection available. Choose from a skull, heart, motorbike, gingerbread man, stackable bottles, different trees and more. Once you’ve chosen your bottle you then choose one of the various drinks you want it filled with. It’s so easy to personalise your own gift. Plus, you can even add your own personalised message.
Can’t decide, then choose a gift set. There are tasting giftsets and miniature gift sets available to choose from. Prices vary, so you should be able to find something to suit your pocket.

Blade and Rose
For those with little ones, or if you are buying for little ones, there are some great items to be found on the Blade & Rose website. Blade & Rose are a British brand that specialises in children’s clothing. Their website has a selection of super cute children’s clothes available from birth to around 10 years old. There is a wider range of clothing options in the lower age categories than in higher age groups. Items are different and really stand out with their bold colourful designs. Products are of exceptional quality and are guaranteed to take a fair amount of wear and tear unlike some other brands available.
You’ll find adorable clothing options from socks, leggings, hoodies, sweaters etc. The designs are boldly coloured and ideal for little ones. They also have some lovely blankets and school accessories including backpacks and lunchboxes for those that love to gift practical items that kids will love. My favourite item from their website is the colour-changing raincoats. They have these available in different colours and styles and are a perfect gifting option for Christmas with all the wet weather still to come at that time of the year. Little ones will be wishing it to rain just so they can wear them out. These make the perfect functional and fun Christmas present.
Thule
Thule is a company that I have only just recently discovered. They have some great items on their website that would make really useful gifts for outdoorsy types as well as those that like to travel. Although these make more unusual gifts than your classic gift options, they are ones that you’d be selecting specifically for a recipient that would appreciate them.
This company aim to contribute to a more sustainable world through their innovative, high-quality products, that are manufactured responsibly. They ensure climate-smart and efficient manufacturing, responsible sourcing, and logistics and ethical business practices.
Choose from a range of items including: various types of racks (including bike and roof) perfect for cycling days out with the family, pushchairs that are ideal for active parents that may take them out when they go jogging, child bike seats, luggage, backpacks, baby carrier backpacks, laptop bags, sleeves and cases and more. Products are all of exceptionally very high quality and are guaranteed to last. The designs of products are all modern and stylish. They come in a varied range of colours to suit the recipient’s taste. The great thing is you won’t have to worry about someone gifting the same thing. So, for something different consider Thule.
Blanka
Sourcing gifts that are a little different but also lovely isn’t always easy. But, I think I’ve succeeded with Blanka. This small company creates beautiful handmade premium quality natural soap, suitable for all skin types. We use soap daily so it makes sense to buy a product that is good for our skin and contains sustainably sourced ingredients. Pure and organic essential oils are used to give products their gorgeous natural scents. Soap bars are packaged in eco-friendly (recyclable or compostable) materials. The great thing about these products is that even if you suffer from dry skin, after use you don’t need to apply moisturiser as your skin is left feeling soft and smooth.
Products in the range include a range of beautifully scented soap bars that provide skin with various benefits, a range of hand and body washes that will leave you smelling lovely, fresh vegan lip balms with drool-inducing scents, a fab skin-firming facial oil, and more. They also have beautifully presented gift sets perfect for gifting all year round. The great thing is, if you know someone that will love these you can also opt for a gift subscription. This means the recipient can have 3, 6, or 12 months of gorgeous soap products delivered to their door. These make lovely gifts for anyone that deserves a bit of pampering.
Opies
I came across the Opies website last year when I couldn’t find any green peppercorns in brine in stores. These peppercorns are amazing and perfect for anyone that loves making peppercorn steak and other tasty dishes. Opies has some great items on their site including cocktail products, olives, fruit compotes, pickles, ginger products, and fruits in alcohol. Although they don’t do a massive product range like some, what they do have is very good!!! You’ll also find some wonderful recipes there too.
I’ve been buying the various Opies fruits in alcohol for a number from supermarkets each year for Christmas for what feels like forever. I know, I sound like a superfan but their products are pretty fab. The fruits in alcohol are lovely. My parents and grandparents, aunts and uncles, and my husband have all enjoyed numerous selections of these jars as gifts.
The options for these include: pears in luxardo amaretto, apricots in luxardo dark rum, cherries in luxardo kirch, forest fruits with cassis, peaches with Courvoisier VS cognac and pineapple with luxardo spiced rum. I’m sure you’re all drooling now!!!!! These can be used in a wide range of recipes or simply over plain yogurt, to jazz up oats for an indulgent breakfast treat or on their own. These fruits in alcohol are perfect for gifting individually, adding to a stocking or a hamper for a foodie. Foodie hampers are easy to make. You’ll find a few different Opies products can be added alongside anything else the recipient would enjoy.
You can find all of the Opies products here: https://amzn.to/3Vj80x3*

Coast Candle Co
Many of us would be over the moon to receive a candle as a gift. But, not all candles are created equal. Did you know that some candles create toxic chemicals when burned? Well, you’ll be pleased to hear that Coast Candle Co only use natural wax in their products so you can rest assured that there will be no health risks associated with an of their products.
This lovely company has been around for 12 years and I can’t believe it took me so long to discover them. They have a wonderful selection of luxury scented candles perfect for enjoying in your home and of course, they make amazing gifts all year round.
Over on the site, you’ll find a selection of candles, diffusers, and various accessories to go with them. Fragrances of products are their own unique creations. They have been formulated to recreate aromas that trigger memories they have experienced in the past. Each fragrance is labelled with the memory on the site, the description of the fragrance and the combination of products it’s made with, and also what form the fragrance is available in – so a 1 wick candle, or box of tealights, diffuser, etc. You will also find gift sets, hampers, and Christmas gifts available to buy on the site.
Tile
The where’s my keys, where’s my phone scenario will be all too familiar to many. I’m sure like me, many of you have a tendency to misplace items, most commonly in your own homes. With so many things to remember these days, it’s lucky that you can get trackers for just about anything. Tile has created a great range of trackers to meet public demand.
These trackers can be used to find phones, keys, bags, purses, backpacks, husband’s wallet so he doesn’t lose his wallet and you can keep a track of him, luggage, remote controls, etc. Once something is lost, you can use the free app to find them, or upgrade to the premium plan. You can also use Alexa or google assistant to find any item you have put a tile on.
You can buy individual Tiles, of which there are various options. It depends on your requirements which you’ll find most helpful. Tile also have some lovely colourful limited-edition options to choose from. Alternatively, you can buy a combination pack which will allow you to keep a track of a number of different things, or you can share them with family and friends. The combination pack works out more cost-effective. These make great, useful Christmas gifts. They will help to make losing your keys, phone, etc become a thing of the past.

Lily Blanche
When it comes to jewellery we have plenty of options. But, sometimes finding something that is both different and beautifully crafted isn’t as easy as we’d like. Fortunately, I have the perfect suggestion. Opening a gift from Lily Blanche is a truly memorable experience. Gifts are not just beautifully packaged, they even smell lovely too with fragrance gift wrap tissue scented with Nectary from Scottish Luxury Perfume House, Jorum Studio. This company brings us perfectly presented unique pieces that combine vintage designs with a modern twist.
My daughters and I are very much into gemstones. Between us, we have a pretty varied selection. As a result, I loved that Lily Blanche has a wide range of gemstone jewellery available on the website. We were quite awestruck by the exquisite designs and range of lovely sparkling options.
Lily Blanche is a company that creates beautiful jewellery that will be treasured for always. We loved the variety of options, but two that stood out to us were the sparkly Moonstone Earrings and the stunning Emerald Necklace both of which would make wonderful gifts. There are plenty of other gemstone jewellery to choose from on the site as well as a wide array of other styles of stunning sparkling options. Choose from a wide range of bracelets, necklaces and earrings, there is a style to suit every taste. Items appear even more stunning in real life. They are perfect for gifting or treating yourself.

Phil Smith Hair
Creating a hamper of hair products is something that can work well as a gift. I’ve been creating hampers for family and friends for years and they have always been met with great excitement and appreciation. I recently discovered Phil Smith Hair. This company have a range of affordable haircare products that come in at between £4.50 to £5.50 each. When I first looked at the site I was shocked at how low prices were. The products are affordable, cruelty-free, vegan-friendly, have 100% recycled packaging and are made in the UK. They also provide free shipping if you spend £20+. alternative buy them in Sainsbury’s or from Amazon.
You will find all sorts on the site. The options available are very varied which I loved and everything is clearly labelled so you can find precisely what you need. There are products for all hair types and colours. These are great to add to a self-care hamper without breaking the bank. You might even want to grab a few for yourself as the prices are very reasonable.
CLCKR
We’ve never really used phone stands before until recently when we discovered CLCKR. We got a phone case that comes with a stand to see what it was like for my daughter as she had wanted one for a while and she really loved it. In fact, I’m not sure exactly how she survived before she got one of these. The great thing about the CLCKR phone case with a stand is that you can stand the phone with the CLCKR or hold it in a comfy position and watch your favourite series, movies, or talk to friends or family. These are easy to use in either portrait or landscape positions.
The cases and grips are available in a range of colours and materials and are available for either iPhones or Samsung devices. Simply pick the ones available for your phone from the list. Depending on what you are looking to spend this could work perfectly as a Christmas gift or a stocking filler. You never knew how much you needed one until you’ve used one!
Always Personal
Personalised gifts have grown so much in popularity over the years, and so have the range of products you can get personalised. With the events of 2020 onwards we all got to experience what it’s like not to be able to see friends and family for extended periods of time. As a result, gifts with pictures of great experiences we’ve shared can make the most wonderful keepsakes. This is why a gift from Always Personal this Christmas is such a lovely idea.
Personalised gifts these days come in a multitude of shapes and forms. You’ll find some great items that can be displayed around the home such as personalised cushions, clocks, doormats, and photo frames. There are items that you’ll use regularly like mugs, coasters, chopping boards, towels, aprons, stationery, bottle openers, etc. The list goes. The images can be easily uploaded to the site where photos are added. Some items will allow you to add your own text. So you might want to add a name to a water bottle or a USB charger for example.
This site is great as no matter how small or big your budget they literally have something for everyone. Whilst perusing the site, I found items at prices as low as £2.48 and £3.50 and other similarly priced products. There are of course many higher-priced items there too. That goes to show you could technically get all your gifts this Christmas from here and not spend a fortune doing so.
Have fun on the site. I’d advise a toilet visit first and then have a drink ready. Prepare for a lengthy visit, there are loads of lovely gift and stocking filler options. It’s great!

Alongside these are some wonderful gift sets perfect for gifts at any time of the year. Some of my favourites include the After the Rain 50ml Eau De Parfum and the Glen Rosa Fig & Ylang Ylang Hand Care Gift Set but these are just two of the wonderful gift sets you can choose from. Sizes and prices vary making it easy for those with varying budgets to give a lovely luxury gift at Christmas or any other time of the year

Wouldn’t that be fun to open!! There are also some gorgeous new scented candles this Christmas. I love the sound of their Mandarin & Petitgrain with a 35 hour burn time. That would make any room smell lovely.
Sensory Retreats
This Christmas, Sensory Retreats new umbrella brand Elfland UK is what you need to know ALL ABOUT. Yes, I had not heard of these before either until now. Something different is always nice, and, if it allows us to indulge in a little relaxation time then even better. These award-winning self-heating eye masks help your eyes relax, and tired eyes soon feel soothed. I was impressed to see that the adult versions of these have been featured in a large number of places from Vogue, Closer, Get the Gloss, to Vanity Fair, Forbes, Elle, etc.
These masks are infused with either relaxing lavender, balancing rose, soothing jasmine, or calming chamomile. They are just what you need the little ones need to help them relax after a long day of Christmas shopping. As well as eye masks, you’ll also find face masks, pulse point oil, a sleep spray and a sleep rollerball, a number of different adorable Christmas gift sets, and more.
These gift sets are pretty exciting for kids and the young at heart alike. I love the ‘Limited Edition’ Christmas Eve Treat Box. It’s a cute set that I know all my kids would love. There are various set options at differing prices, and you can buy some of the items individually if you prefer. The gift sets would make a lovely gift this Christmas for little ones and the masks would be perfect as stocking fillers for all ages.
Nailkind
I stopped using nail varnish on my nails years ago, and then……. I discovered Nailkind. Many other nail varnish companies have chemicals that can be toxic in their products. Nailkind is different. They are an industry-leading company with a range of nail varnishes that are 100% vegan. Their multi-award winning nail polish is made from up to 85% bio-sourced, natural origin, vegan, animal and planet-friendly ingredients. The luxury nail polish is long-lasting and comes in a great range of gorgeous colours, and is kind to nails. You may have seen these guys featured in the likes of Vogue, Vegan Life, and Cosmopolitan and more. They are getting more and more popular by the day. You simply need to try their nail varnishes to see why.
Shade options vary greatly. Chose from bright vibrant oranges and yellows to more muted, nude tones. I love their colour variety and tend to be drawn to the more delicate nude colours although the pastel colours are also ones I really love. No matter what colours your giftee likes you will find those and more on the site. Check out the different collections available, you will probably want to add a few extras for yourself too. You’ll also find a nail strengthener, nail oil, a bottom coat to prime and smooth the nail and a top coat to lock in gloss and amp colour. This will certainly help inspire you. good luck x
I love the sensory retreat idea. This is perfect for kids especially who have autism and ADHD and need time to unwind in order to ensure that they are able to self regulate. People with kids who aren’t neuro typical and are in fact neurodiverse don’t see the struggles these children face daily and it leads to negative comments and attitudes which at best are very unhelpful and a lot of the time contribute to the stress these children face when out and about. These children are not bad kids and are not naughty they are struggling to adjust to their surroundings and when you factor in the massive crowds that occur generally let alone at Xmas/black Friday etc etc it all adds up and causes them to act out because they simply cannot self regulate.
It is something different. I love that they have different gift selections. I didn’t even know about the self-heating masks until recently.

There are some great ideas here, thank you for the inspiration
No problem Stef. I’m glad you liked the guide x
I love candles, so I’ve got my eye on the Coast Candle Co set.
They have some gorgeous gift options.
What a great selection of gifts. I have never heard of Lily Blanche but they seem to have some lovely jewellery pieces that my grown up daughters would love. Thanks for the gift ideas x
They really do, their pieces are all stunning!!!
