Snazaroo Brings Halloween To Kidzania

With Halloween approaching rapidly I had been looking for fun things to do with the mini ones.  Then I had an email land in my inbox from Snazaroo inviting me, my children and their friends along to Kidzania for a spooky and super fun day out.  Of course we were super excited and said yes!

For those that have never been to Kidzania it can be quite overwhelming on your first visit.  There are numerous role play work activities for children to enjoy.  I felt quite pressured to do as much as possible the first time we wet along, be warned your children will NOT want to leave!!! You can read my post here for my top 10 tips for Kidzania.

Kidzania have teamed up with Snazaroo for the half term and were offering face painting for visitors up to the 29th of October.  To add to the Halloween fun Kidzania also had a stage school teaching children how to do a scary Halloween dance.

Along we went to join in the fun.  There was me, my girls and another 3 children all holding hands and walking rather excitedly to the Kidzania entrance whilst the other mums trailed behind.  Making full use of my honorary child status bestowed upon me generally most times there is a child within the radius of a few meters of me we excitedly whizzed into the queue which had been designed to look like an airport check in.  Grinning with excitement I handed over our tickets and we hurriedly made our way in.

We went straight to where Snazaroo had set up offering the face painting.  The children had an option. On one side was a face painter offering Halloween themed deigns and on the other was a face painter offering normal face painting designs.   Guess which we chose?

Of course, with Halloween coming up you must have surely guessed we went for the Halloween option.

The lady did a great job and all the children left with smiling faces.

After that we went to have a look at the scary dancing at the theatre.

The children have the option of joining in and learning a spooky dance routine which they then performed for their parents plus you can also see others in action if you fancy too.

Next, the children went about taking part in other activities including parcel collection.

Of course the best part of any job is being paid!

The children were famished so we all sat down for them to have a bite to eat before the children then went on to try their hand at animation at the Pokemon Animation Studio.

With smiles from ear to ear the children clearly had a wonderful time and I have to say they were exhausted by the time we got home and us mummy’s had enough time to enjoy a hot cup of tea before bed.

We would all love to thank Snazaroo for a lovely day out, we all had a lovely time.

Have you tried Snazaroo face paints before?

aaaw what a fab day out, I would have chosen the scary face paint – why be a butterfly when you can be zombie or vampire? 🙂

My thoughts exactly. It’s more fun to have a scary face once in a while.

Face painting is great fun, I think Luke’s at the age now where he’s starting to like the idea a bit more. He’s always been a bit afraid of it, but this Halloween he let me play around with some face paints so next year should be a really good one!
