I do believe in making things fun for the kids where possible whether it is doing homework, baking, having a bath etc. so I was delighted when Crazy Soap Kids asked if I would like to do a review of some of their products. Armed with two very excited little girls we went along to play in the bathroom. The packaging is brilliant for children with the use of bold colours and fun pictures. Make sure you click on the links to the videos below and watch / listen to the children’s reactions to some of them (blue wording).
We decided to open and try the colour changing bubble bath.
The bubble bath liquid changes before your very eyes to blue and the kids found this fascinating. A little stir with the hand made some bubbles appear – magic!
We had quite a few bubbles in the bath and the kids took great delight in wearing the bubbles as hair and various forms of clothing.
AAAAAAaaaaaaaarrrrrrrgggggghhhhhhh it’s a foam creature!!!
It was fun to watch the children playing with this soap foam, this was the green one, it was quite a light green and compared to the colours in the rest of the items we tried it might have benefited from being a shade darker. This foam can be shaped, bounced and floats around on the water. It is available in white and green and does not contain sodium laureth sulphate, sodium lauryl ether sulphate or paraben and is PH balanced.
Bath Time Body Paint
Red and blue paint that also doubles up as soap, the kids loved squirting this on the bath, on themselves in the water and then fishing out the pieces that had not dissolved. This came off both the children and the bath easily unlike the wax crayons that the children had been previously using, note the dark blue at the side of the bath on the previous video. The children loved playing with the paints and it was easy for them to handle the tube.
Other products available in the range are a scoopable bath goo / gel which produces long lasting bubbles and lots of fun.
These products literally can provide hours of fun in the bath, trust me I’m talking from experience. The children had so much fun they wanted to stay in the bath all night so our compromise was if they were good they would be able to use the products again in the bath the following night and the following night etc.

This stuff is amazing. I won a set a while back, and it’s so much fun. The best bit is the foam, Amelia thought making foam hats was funny, and we manage to (sort of) play catch with the ball we made.
The only thing I wasn’t too fussed on was the paint, I found it went weird when it hit the water, and was a nightmare to get out of the bath. I wouldn’t buy those again, but deffo love the foam and gel. x
I’ve never heard or seen these products/brand before. I would love to purchase some for the kiddies so that they can use them at bath time 🙂
