Great Boys Coats for Spring 2016

Some of my readers will recall that last week I wrote a post which featured some lovely girl’s coats for this Spring and I thought it would not be fair to leave out the boys so I had a look around numerous sites to bring you my favourite finds.

I rather liked these three coats all of which are by coincidence from alexandalexa aren’t they adorable:

Timberland Kids

Khaki Parka Coat with Detachable Hood

Boys Coat 1Perfect to keep our little boys warm and dry during the April showers.

I love the style of this Stella McCartney Kids

 Navy Hooded Puffer Jacket

Boys Coat 2Little boys are sure to love the great colour and style of this.

Armani Junior Navy Hooded Puffer Coat

This is fully waterproofed and as you can see very well padded.

Boys Coats 3I also found this Barbour International Children’s Polarquilt Jacket on the Country Attire website.

Isn’t it lovely, it’s like a mini mans coat.  Mr Squishy would look simply fabulous in this!

Boys Coat 4

Over on the Scotch&Soda website this parka stood out and would be perfect for the warmer, sunnier  Spring days.

Boys Coat 5Out of the hundreds that I saw on the internet these were the ones that caught my eye the most. I hope that those that have little boys and are in the market for a new coat find this post useful.

Great Girls Coats for Spring 2016

It’s finally Spring, the thought of which fills me with joy at the knowledge that Summer will eventually arrive as I have placed an order for some nice warm days this year.  Recently I purchased some Tweed Black and White coats from John Lewis in their sale.  These coats are suitable not only for Winter but also the Spring months which are still rather chilly.  I love the design and quality of these coats.

DSC02227Suitable for various occasions we thought that they would be more than appropriate for our recent film premiere visit to Kung Fu Panda 3.  The coats were not only warm but looked great especially against the brightness of the red carpet!!!

Also on my shopping list are some other equally adorable coats for girls from a couple of other retailers.

This beige quilted coat with faux fur trim from RJR.John Rocha at Debenhams is a gorgeous style and I am clearly not alone in thinking so.  Pop onto their site and you will see that these are low in stock so if you want one hurry!!!

Coat 2

Beige is a great colour for the Spring and also Summer seasons and following in that colour theme I also found this beige belted faux fur jacket this time from River Island.  Also available in khaki both have a removable fur trim but I think the coat looks better with the trim rather than without.

Coat 3

Next up this adorable beige trench coat from alexandalexa.  The classic style should see you through younger sisters too provided your little one takes reasonable care of their coat.

Coat 4

I’m loving the alexandalexa site at the moment and this time deviating from beige to a classic black.  I couldn’t decide between their puffer from Kickle or Burberry.  Both are padded and lined with faux fur and would look great on my girls.

Coat 5

Coat 6I hope you liked my selection.  Which would you choose for a little girl?
