Creative play is important for children to learn how to express themselves through play and to inspire a creative imagination.  There are numerous toys on the market that are perfect for encouraging this sort of play and a new one which is set to be a hit is Baby Secrets.

What’s Baby Secrets?

Well it’s the cute NEW pocket money collectable from MGA Entertainment that you will want to start buying blind packs of from now so that you have some for your children’s Christmas stocking as they are going to fly off the shelves fast.  We all know what that means for unprepared parents – tears and tantrums when they don’t get any from Santa!.  Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

These collectables come in the form of babies – everyone loves babies!  There are 50 adorable little dolls to collect and each baby comes with a birth certificate and a bathtub.  They are simple to use, just dip the baby into the tub and find out if it’s a girl or a boy when its nappy changes colour.  Once you know what gender your baby is you can have fun thinking up a name for it and adding it to the birth certificate.

The children got excited about opening the blind packs as they do.

It’s part of the fun to see which doll is hiding inside.

Boy or girl?

Is it a new one of a double?

Which is your favourite?

There are activity packs available too which you can finds at Smyths for £9.99 and contain three dolls one of which is in a blind pack.  The dolls in the activity packs are exclusive so if you want to collect hem all you need to get your hands on all four available.  Also in the pack are three birth certificates and a collectors guide.  Between the activity packs and blind packs there are limited edition dolls to look out for which the children were excited about.  Which will be in each is anyone’s guess but they will either be common, rare or ultra rare.

These toys are recommended for ages 4 and over.

What Did We Think?

The packs are easy to open which is good as children like to be able to do these things themselves.

The kids thought the dolls were cute and enjoyed finding out the gender.

The dolls were well made and not likely to break easily.

We have ours with the bathroom toys as they are great for keeping them entertained whilst soaking in the bath.

The pricing £2.99 isn’t bad when you compare it to the other pocket money toys and the amount of toy you get.

The dolls don’t need batteries!

Baby Secrets can be found at all good toy retailers including the Entertainer, Smyths, Argos .
