Eating whole, unprocessed real foods are definitely the way to go. I have an 80/20 rule…80% whole, unprocessed (brown rice, barley, steamed vegetables, greens, etc…) and 20% whatever I want (vegan Ben & Jerry’s, glass of wine, etc…).

Avoiding alcohol can really make a difference! I gave up alcohol a couple of years ago and I really don’t miss it! I have the odd drink here and there but nothing major!
