Nature boasts a wealth of ingredients that are beneficial to us both internally and externally.  The science of many natural ingredients has been well researched and we have seen an abundance of natural based products flourish over the years.

My background in Natural medicine (internal and external) has meant that I have always had an interest in natural beauty products.  My latest discovery being from a brand new to me Natura Siberica.

If this company is new to you too don’t worry, i’ll get you to speed in a matter of minutes.

Here’s what you need to know:

Their ingredients are ethically sourced from Siberia, organic and cruelty free.

Formulas are based on the traditional remedies of ancient Siberian tribes.

Their practices contribute to sustain livelihoods of indigenous people in Siberia & Far East Russia.

They wild harvest herbs so they are the most resilient, rich in nutrients & active components.

They use the latest technology to preserve and enhance the unique healing properties of plants.

Their products have won numerous awards.

Natura Siberica have an extensive list of face, hair and body products.

They have a good range of products in each range so all can afford to try a face cream for example – prices start at £7.95 and go up to £34.50.

So far I have tried two of their products the Natura Siberica Caviar Platinum Intensive Modelling Day Face Cream and the Natura Siberica Caviar Platinum Intensive Modelling Night Face Cream.

Here’s what I thought.

Both products are well presented with strong sturdy outer packaging combining black and silver and mirrored silver giving a high end feel.  The products come in an easy to dispense silver / platinum/ mirrored pump tube giving them a luxurious feel and making the product easy to use and also minimising excessive product being dispensed.

I tried both the face and night cream so can only comment on the results of the combined use of these products rather than individually.

These are free of parabens, silicones, mineral oils, BHT-BHA, PEG, and EDTA.

Natura Siberica Caviar Platinum Intensive Modelling Day Face Cream

“Loaded with proteins and amino acids Beluga Caviar Extract effectively smoothes out wrinkles and reduces skin sagging by increasing collagen density.

This cream perfectly treats mature skin, preventing the loss of skin’s elasticity and smoothing out wrinkles. It effectively defends the skin against environmental damage, improving the complexion. Suitable for all skin types.”

This is a super light, thin cream that quickly absorbs into the skin leaving a soft, smooth non greasy finish.  For those with dry skin you might try using a basic moisturiser.  I  combined this with a SPF 50 and it kept my skin moisturised for the whole day.  These also made a great base for make up giving just the right amount of staying power.  The aroma is natural with a scent of what I would describe as mixed herbs.

Natura Siberica Caviar Platinum Intensive Modelling Night Face Cream

“Loaded with proteins and amino acids Beluga Caviar Extract effectively smoothes out wrinkles and reduces skin sagging by increasing collagen density.

This night cream offers complex rejuvenating care. It nourishes and enriches your skin with vitamins, compensating for the loss of resilience and elasticity. Its light-weight texture is perfect for oily and combination skin.”

As with the day cream this is an exceptionally light formula which absorbs quickly into the skin.  Those with dryer skin will benefit from using a basic moisturiser.

The products seem to work in synergy giving wonderful results.  I found that my skin began to feel and look tighter after continued use and also appeared far brighter and healthier .  Both products made my skin feel super soft after application.  I loved that there is a use by date printed on the back so you know when to use it by.

I loved the products and found them pretty effective and of course the natural origins really did appeal.

Products can be bought directly from the companies website and also in some well know stores including Superdrug (shampoos and conditioners), M&S, Whole Foods Market stores and numerous other health type shops.
